Have you tried CO2 pellets or chips?

If your containers cartridge puncture point has dulled then you may want to try common dry ice chips available from most grocery stores instead of the cartridge. You will need to experiment with just how many chips to insert otherwise your bottle could explode. I would recommend this item to a friend.
