Do you carry replacement parts for whippers?

EasyWhip does NOT carry parts. Please check which brand dispenser you have and visit the manufacturer's website at either ISI Store or Whip-It! to puchase parts.

How do I know if I am ordering on a secure site?

Yahoo Store encrypts your personal information, such as your credit card number, when transmitting over the Internet using SSL. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice a blue bar at the top of the page and an unbroken key or lock at the bottom of the page.

What are you going to do with my name and order information?

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card. American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal by request only.

How do I return a product that I purchased on-line?

All sales are final and we only accept returns on defective merchandise
and then only with prior approval from Customer Service. NO returns will be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service department.
If the item(s) you ordered are defective in any way, save all packaging and receipts and contact Customer Service, with a full description of the problem, at cs@easywhip.com to receive further instructions. If your item is accepted for return we will credit the value of the item and any taxes you are charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How long will it take for my order to ship and arrive?

Upon acceptance of your credit card, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have specified in your account information. Orders are shipped with 24 hours of being placed, except when received after UPS pick-up on Friday, all remaining orders will ship Monday.

Compressed Gas can only be shipped by Ground Delivery, it's the Law. However, we can expedite non-pressurized items for you. Please give us a call for a quote. UPS Ground Delivery can take anywhere from 2-7 "Business Days" depending on location (UPS does not pick-up/ship/deliver Ground packages on Saturday or Sunday). Shipments going across the country to Eastern States will take 5-7 "Business Days". If you feel that you should have received your order by a specific date, please email us for a UPS Tracking #.

Do you ship internationally?

Sundaes Novelty & Baking Supply (www.easywhip.com) currently only ships to the 48 contiguous States of the USA and Canada. At this time we can not fill orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Mexico or other International destinations. Shipments to Canada may incur additional customs or duty fees charged by Canadian authorities. It is the legal responsibility of the buyer or recipient of easywhip.com products to pay these additional fees, when such fees are submitted for payment to buyer or recipient, by authorized Canadian Government Agencies or their representatives (UPS will often act as agent for such fee/duty collection). It is our understanding that these products do NOT fall under NAFTA regulation, since they are produced in Switzerland. You can calculate UPS brokerage fees here.

Can I order via mail?
